The Managing Director of FanMilk Ghana PLC, Yeo Ziobeieton, has urged entrepreneurs to build performance driven brands backed by solid productivity database for easy growth and scalability monitoring.

According to him, entrepreneurs are very important players in the business ecosystem because they create employment opportunities for people and ensure their economic empowerment, however, to be a successful entrepreneur that can grow a sustainable brand beyond first generation require critical attention to performance analysis based on realistic target setting.

“Build great entrepreneurship brands backed by performance. Being able to employ about three to ten people as an entrepreneur for the start means you are destined for greatness if only you will be conscious about driving performance to be an excellent business.



If your business would survive as a key distributor, vendor or agent of this brand and still be standing in the next five to ten years, you have to be innovative, institute key performance indicators in your business and drive a sustainable culture toward attaining them,” he said.

The MD made these remarks in his address to key distributors, agents and vendors of the FanMilk products at the third quarter rewards presentation to winners of ‘Akyede Kese Reloaded Promotion.’

For this third quarter, FanMilk rewarded over 400 key distributors, vendors and retailers of the organization for their contribution to the business growth and sustainability. Winners of the promo received a variety of exciting prizes such as distribution trucks, tricycles, chest freezers and shopping coupons to help grow their business. In all 406 business partners of were honoured -six key distributors, 80 agents and 320 vendors.

Zeera Yahwany Ventures, a key distributor located in Madina, emerged the overall winner, drove home the grand prize, a mini distribution truck, from the event held at the Kasoa Distribution Centre of FanMilk.

The Founder of Zeera Yahwany Ventures, Lawrence Anani Yeboah, expressed his profound gratitude to FanMilk Ghana for putting together such a wonderful promo to support the hard work of distributors and agents among others.

He added that the criteria put in place for the promo such as target achievement, sales performance, customer retention, growth analysis among others were very challenging but, in the end, it enabled them the customers to put in place robust systems to better manage and develop their businesses.
