Inlaks confirms two key roles in Ghana

Inlaks has confirmed the appointments of Yacoba Esther Amuah and Joseph Q. Agyeman-Badu as Country Manager and Head, Financial Business, respectively, for its Ghana operations. Both executives have been acting for some time, and the confirmations further entrench Inlaks’ focus on Ghana as one of its key growth markets.

The confirmation followed a rigorous process, focused on identifying and selecting the best talents to further support the company in delivering innovative products, solutions and services to meet the demands of its customers.

Yacoba Esther Amuah

Yacoba is a senior corporate executive with extensive experience in General Management, Business Strategy, Communication, Customer Experience, Operations Management, Business Development, Sales, Project and Vendor Management.

She has over 20 years of experience spanning both private and public sector organizations. She has also had considerable exposure across various industries, including Advertising, Airline, Finance, Telecommunications, IT and an International NGO, working with former Intercontinental Bank, Ghana, Airtel Ghana, Women’s World Banking International, USA, among others in different Senior Management and Executive positions. This has enabled her to acquire critical Transferrable, Leadership and People skills.

As a strategic thinker, a value creator and a change agent, Yacoba has been able to drive and achieve corporate objectives and targets and has at different times led high performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

She holds an MBA in Service Excellence from the University of Wales, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor’s Degree in Secretaryship and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

Joseph Q. Agyeman-Badu

Joseph holds a BSc. in Marketing and an MBA, Enterprise Information System from the University of Nicosia (Cyprus). In addition, he has certifications in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Manager, & Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.

Joseph’s experiences stem from working with Software Group – as Sales Manager – Africa. In addition, he worked with Techno Brain Group as a Cross-Functional Presales Consultant with oversight for Tanzania, Kenya & Nigeria. He also worked with IDS Next Global – Nigeria.

Joseph is a result-oriented and innovative professional with extensive experience in Enterprise Solutions and a strong understanding of Business Process Automation and Alternative Delivery Channels such as Agency Banking, e-Insurance, Mobile Applications for Financial Service Providers and other industries.
