Fifteen of Ghana’s most promising young entrepreneurs have been chosen for the third edition of Entrepreneurship with Bola Ray (EwithBR), a high-impact mentorship initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of innovative business leaders.

The programme, which has been designed to equip these talents with all the hard and soft skills needed to be successful in the business world, offers beneficiaries a transformative platform to nurture their talents, innovate, and acquire business leadership skills under seasoned mentorship.

Officially launched under the theme “Securing the Next Generation through Entrepreneurship, Mentorship, and Innovation,” the programme will equip participants with the skills, networks, and mindset needed to drive economic growth and social impact.

This year’s beneficiaries, carefully chosen from various regions and sectors, include Sarah Lartey, Senyegbe Agbemabiase, Queenstar Nsakie, Keziah Ama Odorkor Daniels, Aboagye Theophilus, Yvonne Nuoriyee, and Joshua Kobina Baah.

Others are Solomon Bentum Mensah, Atigsimah Richard Akamboe, Agnes Agyemang, Kwabena Owusu, Hannah Appiah, Alberta Nana Ama Awuku, Sylvia Andzie-Quainoo, and Shadrach Kofi Ansah.

In his keynote address, media practitioner and entrepreneur Bola Ray inspired the cohort, stating: “Each of you has the potential not only to transform your future but to uplift entire communities through innovation and enterprise.”

The EWBR initiative offers selected mentees access to high-profile mentors such as Dr. Edwin Provencal, Anand Badami, Dr. Chanita Foster, and Albert Biga, who will share real-world knowledge and strategic guidance.

With a blend of workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events, the programme seeks to create sustainable entrepreneurs who can lead innovation and change in Ghana and beyond.

Through a dynamic mix of masterclasses, one-on-one mentorship, and networking opportunities, the programme empowers participants to build scalable businesses, foster job creation, and contribute to Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Since its inception, EwithBR has nurtured over 30 entrepreneurs, many of whom have gone on to launch successful ventures. The 2024 edition continues this legacy, reinforcing Ghana’s position as a hub for innovation and youth-led enterprise.

Founded by media entrepreneur Bola Ray, EwithBR is a flagship mentorship programme that empowers young Ghanaian entrepreneurs with leadership training, industry connections, and strategic guidance to build sustainable businesses.
