Kumawuman Rural Bank brings convenient banking to Drobonso customers

Directors of Kumawuman Rural Bank Plc at Kumawu in the Sekyere Kumawu District of Ashanti Region has reiterated the Bank’s commitment to always ensure the best and most convenient banking to customers.

According to the Board Chairman of the Bank, Dr Alex Adomako-Mensah, banking is now a very competitive business and Kumawuman Rural Bank is extremely mindful of its banking services to customers.

The Board Chairman of the Bank gave these assurances at the official opening of the newly constructed building to relocate the already existing branch at Drobonso in the Sekyere Afram Plains.

According to him, the construction of the new building at Drobonso, is a clear demonstration of the Bank’s commitment to bringing modern banking services closer to the people, small businesses, farmers and traders among others who form the backbone of the local economy.

 He is of the strong belief that a strong financial institution must be rooted in the communities it serves. He emphasized that the new facility will not only offer convenience and access but also employment, support for local enterprise and a partner in growth for the people.

He commended the hardworking staff, dedicated board members, loyal customers and the people of Sekyere Afram Plains for their support. He assured all stakeholders that the Bank remains committed to delivering excellent banking services, maintaining transparency as well as being a reliable partner in development.

The Ashanti Regional Manager of the ARB Apex Bank, Leonard Maasang who spoke on behalf of the Managing Director, Alex Kwasi Awuah applauded the effort of the Board and Management of the Bank for the impressive operational performance over the years.

According to him, the inauguration of the new building marks a significant new chapter for the bank and signifies a collective commitment to innovation, collaboration and growth which is designed to create a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Mr Maasang mentioned that rural banking has evolved into an enviable institution which has given financial hope to many people in the rural and urban communities. This according to him has come about due to the hard work of rural and community banks of which Kumawuman Rural Bank is an elite member.

He advised the board and management that to continue in the march to progressively satisfy their customers and realize their objective, there is the need to pay extra attention to staff training, compliance and customer care.
