The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Business and Financial Times, Dr. Godwin Acquaye, has reaffirmed his outfit’s commitment to its long-standing partnership with Silver Star Auto – a leading automobile dealership in Ghana, expressing gratitude for their decade-long collaboration and anticipating continued growth.

He said  this during a courtesy call to Silver Star Auto in Accra. The visit, which has become an annual tradition, aims to strengthen ties between the two organisations and explore opportunities for mutual growth.

“I’m here to thank you for your business last year and to ensure that our partnership continues to grow for mutual benefit. We anticipate that this year will be better. Typically, when there is a change in government, business flow slows down, but this year seems different. While I acknowledge that the automobile industry has faced challenges, we remain committed to supporting you with advertising,” he stated.

“As part of our annual tradition, we visit our valued clients, including Silver Star, to express our gratitude for their business. We believe that our partners like Silver Star are vital to our growth and learning, and we encourage them to share their knowledge with us,” Dr. Acquaye added.

The Chief Operating Officer at Silver Star Auto, Jalal Kalmoni, expressed satisfaction with the services provided by B&FT. He highlighted that their partnership, which has lasted over a decade, has been mutually beneficial and assured that business will continue to grow.

“We also thank you for your services. We are happy with the services so far; we haven’t had any complaints, and we’re eager to further grow our relationship. We’ve been working with you for over 10 years, and we are committed to continuing this partnership, with the assurance that business will keep growing,” he noted.

Pedro brand

He also revealed plans to market the Pedro car brand, a relatively new entrant in the Ghanaian market. While acknowledging the challenge of creating awareness for the brand, he expressed confidence in their ability to promote it effectively.

He said Pedro offers comfort and efficiency; and most importantly, suitable for the Ghanaian conditions.

“Pedro is a brand we are focusing on marketing heavily this year. Currently, many people are not aware of Pedro; which is why we are working hard to create awareness,” he mentioned.

The delegation from B&FT included the Head – Human Resources Department, Rhoda Mensah- Ankrah; the Director of Operations, Dr. Daniel Anim; and Sales Administrator, Alberta Armah.

Representing Silver Star Auto were the Chief Operating Officer, Jalal Kalmoni and the Marketing Manager, Albert Eshun.
