Lead For Ghana, a leadership development organization focused on recruiting and training young leaders to teach in underserved schools, is celebrating 10 years of transforming education and leadership in Ghana.

Under the theme “This is 10: An Incredible Journey of Countless Milestones and Transformative Impact on Education and Leadership,” the organization aims to expand its reach and impact across the country.

Founded in 2014, Lead for Ghana has been dedicated to building a nationwide movement of leaders committed to enhancing educational opportunities for children.

By recruiting graduates to teach Science, Mathematics, IT, and English in underserved areas, LFG brings quality education to the communities that need it most.

The organization’s decade of success is deeply rooted in strong partnerships with schools, communities, and funding partners, which have been instrumental in achieving its mission.

Speaking at the anniversary celebration, CEO Daniel Dotse highlighted LFG’s commitment to improving the educational system, particularly in deprived regions.

He emphasized the importance of equipping the next generation of leaders to address the challenges within Ghana’s education sector.

“Our goal is to empower Ghana’s youth, who hold the key to solving the nation’s greatest challenges, like providing quality education for all children,” said Dotse.
