What is self-awareness?

For leaders, this attribute is indispensable because it forms the foundation upon which all other leadership qualities are built.

A study published by Harvard Business Review assessed nearly 5,000 leaders and found that those with higher levels of self-awareness were more likely to lead high-performing teams.
