Beyond the fun and excitement, Dr. Ayiku highlighted Lakeside Estate’s dedication to sustainable development, saying: “We have taken great care to ensure that the Lakeside Marina Water Park integrates seamlessly with our environment, employing eco-friendly practices and maintaining the natural beauty that surrounds us”.
He assured visitors of safety and noted that the management and personnel of the water park are well-trained, adding that there has been provision of security at every attraction point to strengthen the safety of the park.
The Marina Water Park is located at the Adentan Municipality and operates from Mondays to Sundays.
Dr. Ayiku further expressed gratitude to the entire Lakeside Estate team, partners and all those who contributed to making the project a reality.
Describing the water park, Kwaku Kalmoni, Executive Director – Lakeside Estate, noted that the park has an 8×20 metres leisure and swim learning pool and a Polin Waterpark that sits inside a 20×30 metres splash pool, which is 600 metre square and has 25 centimetres of water for safety and fun. “It is also designed to accommodate hundred people on the equipment and eighty people in the pool,” he noted.
He also established that to ensure Lakeside Estate’s family value, there is decent clothing policy that visitors must adhere to, suggesting the wearing of short sleeves and shorts to the knee.
