Accessed via desktop or through the Absa Ghana mobile application, Absa Access provides a comprehensive and connected digital experience, enabling customers to make informed financial decisions that foster business growth. This is how we empower our customers to bank on the go, ensuring they have a complete view of their banking activities anytime, anywhere.

Our business banking digital solutions, accessible via both desktop and smartphone, are designed to put control directly into the hands of business owners. With features that support transaction authorisation, bulk payments, and a range of electronic transactions, our platform empowers clients to manage their financial operations efficiently. This allows business owners to focus on critical aspects of their business, secure in the knowledge that they have full control over their banking activities.

Our ATMs allow customers to withdraw money swiftly by using the Absa mobile app to scan a QR code—no debit card necessary. This cardless withdrawal extends to mobile money wallets as well, enabling customers to withdraw cash from their mobile money wallets, which contributes to financial empowerment and inclusion. Our Cash Send feature enables recipients, including non-Absa customers, to receive cash from local sources through a secure token, which can be used to withdraw cash directly from our ATMs.

This allows customers to choose short-term, convenient payment terms, giving them greater control over their financial management. For our corporate clients, we have introduced a remote cheque deposit feature that eliminates the need to visit a branch. These digital innovations simplify the banking process, enabling businesses to manage their transactions efficiently from any location.

Additionally, it simplifies the login procedure by offering the convenience of biometric authentication, such as fingerprint and facial recognition.
