GOIL has reintroduced its Super XP fuel with a new SP3 additive, offering customers a superior, efficient, and environmentally friendly fuel choice.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Solomon Anderson on Eye on Port, Robert Kyere, the Public Relations Manager of GOIL, explained that the reintroduction follows extensive consumer feedback that revealed a growing demand for choices in fuel options.
Mr Kyere noted that GOIL, as the leading indigenous oil marketing company (OMC) in Ghana, has been a consistent player in the country’s petroleum industry for over 60 years.
“GOIL has always been a pioneer in introducing top-quality fuel products to meet the needs of our consumers. About five years ago, we introduced Super XP RON 95, which became a premium product. Now, we are bringing back Super XP with RON 91 to cater to a wider range of customers who demand both affordability and quality,” he explained.
The Super XP fuel, which now comes with the SP3 additive, enhances engine performance by cleaning carburettors and fuel injectors while offering better fuel efficiency. The advanced formulation also addresses environmental concerns by reducing toxic emissions.
Mr. Kyere emphasized the importance of this feature, stating, “GOIL is mindful of the environment, and the Super XP with SP3 helps reduce harmful emissions, contributing to a greener planet.”
He reiterated that Ghana’s leading Oil Marketing Company, GOIL’s Super XP, in both RON 91 and RON 95 variants, is available at over 400 GOIL stations nationwide, with more stations being added gradually. “We are ensuring that our customers, regardless of location, have access to this high-quality fuel. Whether you’re in Accra, Kumasi, or any part of Ghana, GOIL has you covered,” he assured.
He also highlighted GOIL’s commitment to national development, particularly through its expansion into new energy sectors like bitumen production and auto gas. “We are contributing to the government’s agenda by providing energy solutions that fuel growth in various sectors. From supporting road construction with bitumen to launching new auto gas stations, GOIL continues to serve the energy needs of Ghana,” Mr. Kyere said.
GOIL customers can expect promotional activities as part of the reintroduction of Super XP. The company will be rewarding loyal customers with gifts and promotional items in the coming weeks, Mr. Kyere revealed.
The reintroduction of Super XP with the SP3 additive marks another step in GOIL’s mission to provide Ghanaians with the best fuel options while promoting environmental sustainability and supporting national development.
