The annual Stanbic-Asantehene Invitational Golf Tournament concluded successfully at the Kumasi Royal Golf Course. The event, held under the patronage of His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, featured a competitive field of professional golfers from across Ghana. This year’s tournament is particularly special as it coincides with the 25th anniversary of both His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II’s reign.
Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, officially opened the tournament, which was held in his honour, with a ceremonial four-ball round of golf. Present at the event were Kwamina Asomaning, Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank, a cross section of golf playing clients and other dignitaries.

The 25th anniversary edition of the Stanbic-Asantehene Invitational Golf Tournament included a Pro-Am team event and a golf clinic for clients and staff of Stanbic Bank. The main competition teed off on Saturday morning and included all categories of golfers. Over 60 golfers from the Achimota, Ankobrah, Beige Village, Damang, Obuasi, Nsuta, Samereboi, Tarkwa, Takoradi, Celebrity and Tema golf clubs to participate in the invitational tournament.
