Rose Aluminum priotises customer service

J in G Business and Insurance Management Consultants held a one-day training programme for Rose Aluminum Company last week for staff of the company for customer service care.

This collaboration aims at equipping staff of the company’s customer service unit to appreciate customer care. The one-day course was held at the J in G Business and Insurance Management Consultants premises and was facilitated by lead consultant, Dr. Gideon Amenyedor.

The participants were taken through the importance of customers to an organisation and how they should be treated as well as how complains are to be handled.



Participants expressed their excitement of having their expectations met. “I have received glowing feedback from the presentations,” commented Barima, the company’s secretary indicated. “We pray that they implement everything we’ve learnt,” she added.
