Real estate mogul and CEO of COD Construction and Engineering Limited, Cwesi Oteng Desmond, has been named Entrepreneurial Icon of the Year at the 2024 Africa Icon Awards. The prestigious event took place at the Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, on Friday.

The 9th edition of the Africa Icon Awards is an annual event dedicated to recognizing and honoring young and talented Africans who excel in various fields. It celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional patriotism, excellence, leadership skills, and talents in civil governance, the entertainment industry, technology, and more.
In a post-award interview, Desmond expressed that the accolade is a testament to his unwavering focus on exceeding customer expectations while adhering to rigorous quality standards in the real estate industry. He credited his team members for their tireless efforts and acknowledged the support of his clients over the years.
