The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of M-TES Construction and Engineering Limited, Frederick Kweku Anim, has been named Ghana’s Most Outstanding CEO in facility management at the 2024 Ghana CEO Award held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra on Friday night.

The 3rd edition of the Ghana CEO Awards, themed “CEOs for Climate: Steering Towards a Greener Future,” celebrated visionaries. Frederick Kweku Anim has over 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, specializing in facility management and project execution. As a key leader at M-TES Construction and Engineering Ltd, his strategic leadership has driven the company’s success.
Frederick has managed significant projects, including comprehensive facility management for GGBplc, focusing on chiller and draught machine assets, and air conditioning systems for GRIDco and Ghana Gas Company.
