IDMC trains 132 Project and Innovation Management professionals

The Institute for Digital Marketing and Communication Ghana (IDMC Ghana) has passed out 132 individuals who successfully completed its Project and Innovation Management course.

The course  milestone in its quest to equip students with relevant cutting-edge skills in the fourth industry revolution (4IR) job market.

With a robust curriculum tailored to meet the evolving demands of the industry, the course trained professionals in a bid to enhance their project management and innovation capabilities to excel in their respective fields.



Spanning over two weeks, the programme provided comprehensive insights into effective project planning, execution and innovation strategies vital for success in today’s dynamic market.

Under the guidance of experienced facilitators renowned for their expertise in the field, participants delved into a wide array of topics, including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and design thinking.

Through interactive sessions, practical exercises and real-world case studies, attendees gained practical knowledge and skills essential for driving impactful projects and fostering innovation within their organizations or work.

A participant, Isaac Gbenartey, shared his experience and excitement about the in-depth training rich resources provided by the facilitators throughout the course.

The program is highly relevant in today’s job market, and its practical teaching approach allows for immediate application in professional endeavors. Today’s session has been impactful, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Martin Ntem, Director of Training and Innovation at IDMC Ghana, reiterated that the successful completion of the Project and Innovation Management course reaffirms IDMC’s commitment to promoting excellence in digital marketing and communication through quality education and skills development initiatives.

He added that the Institute is focused on equipping professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s digital economy, and will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s future.
