Access Bank Ghana PLC has signed a partnership agreement with Mac Autos & Spare Parts Ghana Limited to enhance vehicle ownership in the country.

Mac Autos & Spare Parts Ghana Limited, including its subsidiary, MG Auto Trading Ghana Limited, is a leading automobile dealership, selling a wide range of leading brands.



As part of the collaboration, Access Bank Ghana will provide affordable loans to public and private sector employees who wish to acquire vehicles from Mac Auto & Spare Parts Ltd. Individuals purchasing vehicles from Mac Autos can benefit from low-interest rate loans facilitated by Access Bank Ghana PLC. On the other hand, Mac Autos will provide discounts to customers who opt to finance their vehicle purchase through Access Bank.

During a brief ceremony held at the Spintex Road showroom of Mac Autos in Accra to solidify the partnership, Kafui Bimpe, the Group Head for Business Banking at Access Bank Ghana, highlighted the significance of transportation as a crucial aspect of human life that frequently poses challenges for individuals and families.

“In our unwavering commitment to address commitment to addressing the mobility needs of customers, we stand here today to forge alliances with Mac Autos and Spare Parts Ghana Limited and MG Auto Trading Ghana Limited, ushering in a new epoch of accessible and affordable vehicle ownership in Ghana,” he stated.

He said the partnership reaffirms the bank’s unwavering dedication to delivering more than just banking services – to effectuate a tangible difference in the lives of our customers and the wider community

Mr. Bimpe said the automotive landscape in Ghana was undergoing rapid evolution and Mac Autos & Spare Parts Ghana Ltd and MG Auto Trading Ghana Ltd had been instrumental in not only supplying top-notch spare parts but also in introducing iconic brands such as Isuzu and Chevrolet to the Ghanaian market.

He said individuals who wanted to buy a car but did not have bulk money could take advantage of the programme to purchase their own vehicle.
