President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is scheduled to deliver before Parliament, a message the State of the Nation Address on February 27, 2024.
This was made known when the Leader of Government Business in the House and Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, presented the business statement for the week on the Floor of Parliament yesterday, February 6, 2024.
“In accordance with article 67 of the Constitution, the President would deliver to the House, a message on the State of the Nation on Tuesday, 27th February, 2024. Members are entreated to brace themselves for the task ahead,” he stated.
The State of the Nation Address is an annual address to parliament by the President of the republic of Ghana covering economic, social, and financial state of the country.
