The 2nd Annual Corporate Excellence Diamond awards has been held by Travel Director Magazine to celebrate outstanding companies in various sectors of the Ghanaian economy.
The theme of the event, “Unveiling the Gems of Corporate Excellence, rewarding the Brilliance in business,” perfectly captured the essence of the awards program
Overall, 16 award winners from industries such as health, manufacturing, fashion, herbal, banking, rural banking, shipping logistics, freight forwarding, cocoa processing, and the security industry were recognized for their excellence.
The awards, presented as LORD for Male Achievers and LADY for female outstanding personalities, were based on four key criteria: learning and growth, business process, customer and consumer experience, and finance. These categories highlighted the areas where companies excelled and made a significant impact.
The event was attended by esteemed guests, including a delegation from the Embassy of Morocco to Ghana representing H.E Imaane Quaadil’s and the National Chief Imam of Ghana, adding a touch of religious significance to the occasion. Nana Obiri Aduama, the Nkosuhene of the Gomua Traditional Area and Chief Executive Officer of the Ridge Royal Hotel, served as the Chairman of the awards programme.
Vice President of the Public Health Alliance International Ghana, Mr. Prince Samuel Nuamah, emphasized the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its impact on society. The event highlighted the growing recognition of businesses contributing to the greater good of society.
