Since joining the firm, Emmanuel has established a remarkable track record in championing the rights and interests of local and multinational technology companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. Prior to joining EGL, Emmanuel worked in the financial institutions and capital markets team at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah, and has considerable experience in debt and equity capital markets, banking, and the securities market. Emmanuel is a dual qualified attorney, called to the bar in Ghana and New York.
In his new capacity, Emmanuel will work closely with the talented team at EGL to deliver cutting-edge counsel, innovative solutions, and unmatched support to clients navigating the ever-evolving technology landscape.
This transition also marks a moment of appreciation for Kofi Owusu-Nhyira, who will stay on as founding attorney, contributing his unique insights and experience to client success.
