Ace service and experience consultant J. N. Halm is billed as a resource person for the upcoming Annual Insurance Seminar. Scheduled to take place at the Best Western Premier-Accra Airport Hotel on 10th and 11th of August, 2023, the seminar will bring together a distinguished lineup of resource persons and representatives from various insurance companies in the country.
Mr. Halm will take his turn on 11th August 2023, speaking on the topic ‘Building a Customer-centric Culture in Insurance’. Touching on what to expect at the event, the famed columnist was confident that participants will find a lot of food for thought as well as some practical ideas to help shape the cultures of their companies. He stressed the fact that it is very possible to increase the penetration rate of life insurance in the country via a cultural revolution.
Organised by the Ghana Insurers Association (GIA), the Annual Insurance Seminar is specially designed for catering to the capacity building needs of the GIA’s member-companies. Among the various topics to be handled at the two-day event are included Non-Life, Life, Accounting, Information Technology, and Reinsurance among others.
