The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana (EFG) is set to honour the country’s Greatest Entrepreneurs, Business, Corporate and Public Service CEOs who have distinguished themselves over the years, and unveil the Top 20 Outstanding Corporate/Public Service CEOs of the Year 2023 and Top 20 outstanding Entrepreneurs of the Year 2023 at the thirteenth edition of Ghana Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executives Awards and Summit 2023, on the theme ‘Promoting Business Cooperation between Private and Public Sector Development in Ghana’. The Business Networking Breakfast Awards & Summit is scheduled for June 2023.
The Ghana Entrepreneur & Corporate Executive Awards & Summit’s thirteenth edition is a business networking breakfast awards and summit event – an initiative of Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana in collaboration with the State Interests and Governance Authority and Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry to network, celebrate and honour successful entrepreneurs, corporate CEOs and public service CEOs who have had significant and positive impact on the economy, sustained business performance, adhered to good corporate governance principles, pioneered business achievements that are evident, and demonstrated outstanding leadership and significant business success in their respective fields over the past years.
The award categories are in four main dimensions: Ghana’s Greatest Entrepreneurs of All Time Award to honour three great and accomplished lifetime entrepreneurs who have gone through all the stages of entrepreneurship, built a successful business and are now focusing on scaling their businesses and leaving a legacy that extends beyond greatness. The Ghana Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Award will also honour successful entrepreneurs who have not only succeeded but also built vast business empires.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award categories will include: Overall Best Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2022; Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2022; Woman Entrepreneur/CEO of the Year Award 2022.
Other categories are: Business Leader of the Year Award 2022; Business Executive of the Year Award 2022; Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2022, and other entrepreneur industry personality categories.
The Corporate & Public Service CEOs award categories include: Overall Best Corporate CEO of the Year 2022; Overall Best Public Service CEO of the Year 2022; Outstanding Public Service CEO of the Year 2022, Public Service Personality of the Year 2022; MD/CEO of the Year 2022 (Public & Private Sector); Female CEO of the Year 2022 (Public & Private Sector); Young CEO of the Year 2020, and other corporate executive personality categories. The awards focus on the success of Corporate Executives such as Board Chairpersons, Managing Directors, Chief Executives, Executive Directors and Directors-General. The awards represent a benchmark of success for Entrepreneurs, Business Executives and CEOs.
