ARB Apex Bank has organised a two-day conference/ training sessions for all its branch managers and operation heads nationwide at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region
The training theme, which was centred on contemporary branch banking practices and procedures, was attended by over 30 participants from all its regional offices across the country.
The objective of the training was to expose the branch managers and their operations officers to some contemporary branch banking practices and procedures to enable them to serve the rural and community banks sector better and attain the ARB Apex Bank’s overall objectives.
Some of the topical areas discussed at the conference include the future of branch banking in the country, how to become a 21st century manager and leader, providing excellent customer service to rural and community banks to boost their performance, fraud and banking services, and how to prevent incidence of fraud in the industry.
The conference was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr. Alex Akwasi Awuah; Deputy CEO, Mr. Curtis Brantuo; and Finance Manager, Mr. Samuel Amoako; and Head of Banking Operations.
The training was facilitated by top management consulting firm based in Accra, Mikensy Consulting Limited.
