GOIL COO to be buried  today

It is with deep regret and sorrow that the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GOIL Plc, the Rev. Alex Josiah Adzew, goes home today, Thursday, 20th April, 2023.

His death occurred on Monday, 13th March, 2023 after a short illness.

Yesterday, Wednesday, 19th April, a Night of Hymns & Tributes was held at Flames of Glory Chapel, Ablekuma, Fan Milk.



Today, Thursday, 20th April, 2023, at the Forecourt of the State House, a Pre-Burial, Filing Past and Burial Service will be held from 6am to 10am. Attire is Black

The Rev. Alex Josiah Adzew will be interred at a Private Burial at the Gethsemene Memorial Gardens, East Legon, Accra, immediately after the Burial service.

Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 23rd April, 2023 at Flames of Glory Chapel, Ablekuma Fan Milk at 8am.Attire for Sunday is Black & White

The Rev. Adzew left behind a wife, Mrs. Sally Nana Efua Adzew ( Née Kittoe) and a
daughter, Dr. Michelle Nana Aba Adzew-Bossman.

Chief mourners include: Matthew Opoku Prempeh-Minister for Energy; Mr. Reginald Daniel Laryea-Board Chairman of GOIL Plc;  Kwame Osei Prempeh-Group CEO/MD of GOIL Plc; The Board, Management and entire Staff of GOIL Plc; Asona Ebusuapanyin Opanyin Kwame Kua; Ebusua Baatan Kow Ansa-Eku, all of Gomoa Ekwankrom, Nana Osuan ASARE VI, Nguantiahene of Gomoa Acheampem Traditional Area, Opanyin Kobena Moano; Obaapanyin Ama Tomfoa; Opanyin Kweku Prehin, Opanyin Kweku Mensah Brothers & Sisters; and the entire Congregation of Flames of Glory Chapel, Ablekuma, Fan Milk.
