After fifteen episodes of style, elegance, knowledge and cultural display, Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) organized by TV3, came to end last weekend at the National Theatre with 26-year-old Teiya Dahamani from the Northern Region, being crowned the 2022 GMB queen.
And like fans were promised , it was a night of fashion, fun and good entertainment as well as quality presentations from all five finalists, as they emerged on stage with their A-game to prove to the judges why they should be crowned the winner of GMB 2022.
At the end of the evening the charged atmosphere erupted into cheers from the audience and celebration from supporters and family when Teiya was declared winner of this year’s edition of GMB.
For her prize, she walked away with the crown, car, cash and bragging rights. She also earned souvenirs from sponsors like GTP, Ghc20,000 in medical insurance and spa treatment, a techno phone, and an all-expense paid international trip.
Oti Region’s Gloria Efua Aiko Adade with the stage name, Aiko, was the first runner-up with her presentation on dogs and rabies. she went home with Ghc 8,000 in cash, six months’ supply of fabrics from GTP, Ghc 15,000 worth of medical insurance and spa treatment, an all-expenses paid trip, and souvenirs from Airtel-Tigo.
The third place was 23-year-old journalist, Grace Afenyi Owusu-Arhin, popularly known as Asiedua from the Central Region. She also went home with Ghc 6,000 in cash prize, three months’ supply of GTP fabrics, Airtel-Tigo data, and hampers from sponsors.
Coming in fourth and fifth place were Eastern Region’s Sarah Odei Amoani winning a Ghc 5,000 cash prize, fabrics from GTP and souvenirs from the sponsors.
Volta Region’s Abigail Exornam Akpaka finished fifth as she also went home with Ghc3,000 in cash and souvenirs from sponsors.
