GUBA Enterprise CEO and president, Dentaa Amoateng MBE, has been ranked among 50 leaders making the list of Avance Media and YCEO Africa top young CEOs in Ghana for the year 2022.
The YCEO top 50 young CEOs in Ghana is an annual ranking which celebrates and acknowledge young Ghanaian Chief Executives excelling in various sectors of the economy.
A tweet by Avance Media Africa on June 27, 2022, congratulated Dentaa on being ranked among the 2022 Top 50 Young CEOs in Ghana. The congratulatory message further requested the general public to visit http://yceo.votinghubgh.com to vote for the 2022 Young CEO of the Year.
Unlike previous rankings where qualified individuals are listed in the order of ranks in line with public votes, this year’s rankings are published in alphabetical order. The selection of the winner will be from the 50 and will be decided by the public in a 100 percent voting exercise.
Commenting on the ranking, Dentaa said: “It is a great honour to be recognised by the team at Avance Media as part of 50 young CEOs who are making positive impacts in Ghana, and perhaps globally”.
The ranking, Dentaa said, will further motivate GUBA to achieve more successes in the coming years and to continuously pursue projects that will bring development to many areas of the economy.
“This recognition also goes to all hardworking members of my team who are constantly behind the implementation of GUBA’s projects and initiatives,” she said.
Some key influential young CEOs who are also part of the list include, CEO of Asante Kotoko SC – Nana Yaw Amponsah; CEO of Annan Capital Partners – Roberta Annan; and CEO of National Lotteries Authority – Sammi Awuku.
GUBA Enterprise, which Dentaa leads, is a Ghanaian-based non-profit organisation with a well-established track record of promoting greater economic, social and cultural cooperation between Africa and the African diaspora.
