Mr. Prasad Garapati, a Consultant of Inter Tourism Expo, has been appointed to the role of Chairman. He will be concentrating on the event’s strategic development, as well as building and developing a sustainable multifaceted business to business tourism trade platform for the expo. Prasad continues to work closely with Emmanuel Treku, Chief Executive Officer of Inter Tourism Expo Accra.
In announcing the said appointment, Mr. S. Chinpau Ngaihte, First Secretary of Commerce at the Indian High Commission, Accra – Ghana, congratulated Mr. Garapati, who has been responsible for driving and developing the global trade show brands for the past 20 years. His contribution to the evolution and growth of INDIASOFT has been exemplary.
Mr. Prasad Garapati is a successful entrepreneur with 40 years’ experience who believes in converting competition into collaboration, and sees opportunity in crisis by going an extra mile and thinking out of the box. With his keen business acumen and vast global exposure, he has been successful in business ventures that span across sectors. His contribution to Indian IT sector as Chairman of ESC is truly remarkable; and so is the major role he played in organising INDIA SOFT 2007, 2008, 2012, 2017 and 2020 in Hyderabad. He led the ESC delegation from India to several countries including GITEX, Dubai for the last 15 years. His leadership and motivation led 100+ IT companies joining synergies with ESC and APEDB to create IT Parks in AP. He was also Chairman India Coordination Committee for Telugu Association of North America for several TANA conferences
