Unilever Ghana PLC has been adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022. Its sister markets in the West Africa Multi-Country Organisation (WA MCO) – i.e., Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire – have been equally adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022 in their respective markets.
It was recognised at the Top Employer 2022 Awards, following a rigorous assessment of HR Best Practices survey. The survey assessed HR domains including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
In his remarks on the awards, Managing Director of Unilever Ghana PLC, George Owusu-Ansah said: “This award gives expression to our commitment to always put our people first in all we do as a business. Our people will always remain our number-one priority as an organisation”.
