First Klass Shipping Specialist Limited (FKSSL), one of the giants in the shipping industry, has officially opened its ultramodern office and warehouse at Pokuase Akatapor in the Greater Accra Region.
According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Michael Obeng, the new office and warehouse will add up to the quality of services the company render to their customers both in and outside the country.
A company established eight years ago as a family business has grown to meet the demands of many clients in the shipping space, creating convenience and comfort as far as shipping is concerned.
“First Klass Shipping Specialist Limited, is a family-run business established in August 2013 registered in the UK and trading as World Klass Shipping Specialist in Ghana. It started from a very humble beginning and by the grace of God First Klass Shipping Specialist Ltd., has become the fastest growing Door-to-Door Shipping Company from UK to Ghana,” he said.
Stressing on their contribution during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic he said: “in the line of our operations, First Klass Shipping has also made online shopping easier for all Ghanaians even amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic which has left a trail of devastation in its wake while leaving the world in a state of uncertainty with its accompanied long-term consequences.”
Mr. Obeng indicated that the company has grown to position itself in the shipping industry with trust and integrity, making them the first choice of most Ghanaians that are into shipping of goods from the United Kingdom to Ghana.
To improve upon the services they render to their customers, Mr. Obeng said the company has increased the number of cars and also instituted a reliable system of tracking of goods and items, including the monitoring of fleets which makes them the best Shipping Company, providing a more secured and safer delivery of goods and items.
Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
First Klass Shipping has also been involved in some Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) projects like building an ultra-modern public toilet facility at Atwedie in the Asante Akyem South District of the Ashanti Region and making donations every year to orphanages, the needy, widows, street children among others.
