The Young Professional Role Model (YPRM) Awards 2021 has named the Chairperson of Role Model Africa, Samuel Agyeman-Prempeh, as the winner of the Africa Role Model in Professional Leadership and Community Service.
The Young Professional Role Model (YPRM) award is an annual Young Achievers and Change Makers Leadership Excellence Award that stands to recognize individuals, groups, and organizations who demonstrate superior transformational leadership in their field of operations both personally and professionally towards national development.
The award also seeks to appreciate such role models to inspire, motivate and encourage them to continue their exemplary leadership lifestyle that has the capacity to influence the youth to emulate them.
“This is to indicate your strenuous strides in your field of business, exemplary leadership, professionalism, hard work, inspiration, and contributions to national and youth development. We wish to congratulate you on your emergence as one of YPYC’s Africa Most Distinguished Role Models and Transformational Leaders in the public and corporate world’ an elite listing of influential and inspiring leaders,” a citation handed to him reads.
The awards event was attended by the former Special Representative of UN Secretary-General Dr. Mohamed IBN Chambas, Vice President of Ghana Employers Association, Dr. Emmanuel Adu Sarkodie, as Guest of Honor and other dignitaries.

Mr. Samuel Agyeman-Prempeh is a business executive who started his career as Protocol Officer at a diplomatic mission carving a niche for successful management of high profile stakeholder relationships and effective arrival and departure procedures for diplomats and ministers.
His outfit, Role Model Africa is a youth employment accelerator that adopts mentoring as a strategic tool to groom young Africans for varied career prospects.
