The Nii Plants Car Rental Company Limited, which has subsidiaries including Nii Plants Car Rental, NiiPlants Logistics and Puffs Ghana Limited, has officially opened its fourth outfit -Plantsville Residences and Office Complex.
In addition to office spaces, the Plantsville Residences and Office Complex – which is located in Dansoman, Akokor Foto Poultry Farm Avenue, Accra – has five fully-furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments provide access to free Wi-Fi, cable television, intercom, kitchenette, 24/7 flow of water, housekeeping services and a standby generator; the residence also has a restaurant, Crescent Lounge, which serves continental and local dishes as well as drinks of all kinds.
At the official opening of the Plantsville Residences and Office Complex, the Chief Executive Office of Nii Plants Company, Mr. Theo Ayitey-Adjin, said Plantsville Residences was established to solve the accommodation challenge faced by car rental and logistics clients of its sister companies, Nii Plants Car Rental and NiiPlants Logistics.
“It came to our realisation that some of the clients we pick up from the airport were in search of standard accommodations like Airbnb, and the quest to provide a seamless rental service made me want to solve this problem for my clients,” he said.
He added that the Plantsville Residence in Dansoman is the first of many branches that will be established across Ghana very soon to serve the various needs of clients.
According to Mr Ayitey-Adjin, the Nii Plants company aspires to in the closest future become a household name in the rental and logistics industry of Ghana and a competitive brand internationally.
He said the topmost priority of Nii Plants is to ensure that its customers are highly satisfied by services they receive from the company.
Customer satisfaction, he said, leads to repeat business in terms of recommendations and referrals, which will ensure the company’s continuous growth.
“In our company, we recognise that our salaries are paid by our customers and not our profits. We recognise that we only survive and thrive because the majority of our customers are happy with our products and service, and hence encourage others to seek us. We will strive to make sure our customer care experience is a top-notch one that will keep our customers loyal to us,” he added.
Mr. Ayitey-Adjin noted that the greatest assets aside from management staff in the transportation sector are drivers, because without them persons and goods could not be transported.
“Our drivers are the lifeline upon which we have seen success; and so they must therefore be treated with love and respect,” he said.
He further stated that playing a role in reducing Ghana’s unemployment level is a motivating factor for the company – adding that the company continues to bring onboard new members as it establishes new businesses and expands.
He commended entities including Hyundai Motors and Investment, Tata Africa Holdings, CFAP Motors, Honda Motors, Toyota Ghana and ABSA Bank for their continuous support of Nii Plants Company.
