eSolutions Consulting is excited to be recognised among a global network of Microsoft partners for developing and implementing innovative customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
The Board Chairman said, for more than a decade, eSolutions Consulting has implemented solutions empowered by Microsoft – such as Smart Workplace, Smart School, Smart Correspondence, Project 360 – which have helped many organisations digitally transform once manual or paper-based processes into automated processes that improve the way people work.
“eSolutions Consulting’s focus on delivering powerful and easy-to-use process automation solutions using Smart Workplace has helped our customers extend the value of investments they have made in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft PowerApps Platforms,” he said.
The Smart Workplace is eSolutions Consulting’s global award-winning system (built on Microsoft Office 365) for the entire public sector, which enables agencies to increase staff productivity and increase efficiency through innovative collaboration.
The Smart Workplace will provide employees with a highly efficient work environment characterised by providing a single access point to all resources an employee will need for his daily tasks: such as document management, correspondence management, enterprise search, tasks management, announcements, calendars, reports, automation of manual processes, applications integration etc. necessary for employees to work efficiently.
The system promotes teamwork and enables staff to easily find information and seamlessly collaborate inside and outside the organisation anytime, anywhere and on any device (desktops, laptops, mobile phones and tablets).
To address challenges with communication (such as email), collaboration, and manual processes across the public sector, the government of Ghana through the Ministry of Communications and Digitisation (MOCD) and the National Information Technology Agency (NITA) contracted eSolutions Consulting to design and implement the Smart Workplace™ for all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs).
The system has been adopted as government’s official virtual office platform to enable public servants work anywhere, anytime and on any device, especially during COVID-19. Currently, the system has been deployed for over 400 MDAs and MMDAs.
Private sector organisations have also leveraged Smart Workplace to accelerate their digital transformation efforts by combining Smart Workplace platform capabilities with the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver incredibly powerful automation.
” We would like to use this opportunity to thank Microsoft for this recognition. This has really motivated us to achieve more. We dedicate this award to the government of Ghana and all our cherished private sector customers. Thank you for your great support over years and for making us proud. We look forward to a stronger collaboration, ” he said.
