The AviaTour Conference 2020 virtual event will take place on the 15th – 16th of October, 2020.
The virtual event will welcome speakers and attendees from all over the world.
“AviaTour Conference 2020 has arrived to help us get over the ill – effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. We need to move on with our lives, and bringing together all stakeholders around the world albeit virtually is the first step”, CEO of GH-Aviation Elizabeth Twumwaa Sasu said.
“Establishing seamless connections and gateways has never been more crucial to our survival. There needs to be a lot of deliberations from everyone to make it through this pandemic and get our lives, livelihoods and economies back.
“Covid-19 pandemic has affected the whole world but the industries that have suffered a major hit is the Aviation and Tourism sector. There is the need therefore to work together to revive the sectors”, the CEO said
The conference is built around seven big topics. They are Localization of the Aviation and Tourism sector for sustainable development, Hospitality Industry Restart: The new normal, Policy Making and its impact on Localization of the Aviation and Tourism sector, Aviation and Tourism: Local Benefits before borders, Think Global Act Local, The media’s role in promoting the agenda of domestic tourism, The Youth and Domestic Tourism. There will also be a masterclass and a virtual tour.
