FBNBank Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, has inaugurated its ultramodern Ring Road Central branch, located at Nima Junction in Accra.
The opening of the new Ring road branch forms part of the bank’s strategy to reaffirm its commitment to Ghana as well as to demonstrate its relentless quest to put customers first.
Again, the opening of the new branch, is aimed at bringing financial services closer to customers with the bank’s products and services available to all who embrace the brand.
In his address, Mr. Victor Yaw Asante, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FBNBank noted that the reopening of the ultra-modern facility is designed to provide absolute convenience and relevance to customers.
He said the roll-out of the premium banking service is in recognition of the needs of the bank’s affluent customers who desire a complete range of personalized differentiated banking products and services.
He further explained that in order to provide value-meaning opportunities for customers, the bank has focused on driving the digital agenda, which aims at evolving technologies to facilitate access to everyday financial services for consumers and businesses alike.
This, he said, has culminated in an opportunity for customers to make real time financial transactions using the bank’s digital banking channels like *894# Quick banking, FBNMobile, Online Banking and the various agents Banking channels across the country.
“Nonetheless, we do not lose sight of the fact that there should also be convenient and comfortable touch points for our clients who occasionally need to interact with us and to be able to do so at a place such as this ultramodern Ring Road Central Branch. Our other branches dotted in the Accra-Tema metropolis, Kasoa, Swedru, Takoradi, Adum, Suame and Techiman are also ready to serve clients who require to physically interact with us”, he noted.
Mr. Victor Asante assured that as part of measures to protect customers against the Coronavirus, the bank has put in place all the COVID-19 Protection protocols at all its branches to help prevent the spread of the virus.
