ISpace, a tech and innovation hub, has rewarded three startups that competed in the Accra Spintex Startup Summit Hub.
The Accra Spintex Startup Summit hub assembled 30 startups who went through weeks of training to receive support and funding.
Startup Bibiniba, managed by Isaac Agbettor and Kofi Danso came first, followed by Adwuma Conekt managed by Roycee Amoni and Benedicta Dawson-Ampah — while Nitasa, managed by Anita Anso and Seiyifa Abonyuie placed third.
The winners received cash prizes as well as other packages including— mentorship and guidance in entering the job market to be competitive.
The event provided opportunities for start-ups to be mentored and given guidance.
Operations Manager of ISpace, Flavour Ozichukwu said the three winners demonstrated excellence in their fields of work.
She stated that the winners will be given opportunities to learn from industry players who have already excelled.
“We will connect them to mentors and create the access for them to get greater opportunities to expand their businesses,” she said.
