SUNU Assurances Ghana Limited, a Pan-African Insurance conglomerate, has paid a Motor Claim of GH¢969,000 to Mole Projects & Machinery Limited. This was a total loss payment on a bus owned by the insured last week.
Presenting the cheque, the Head of Business Development, Mr. Kofi Bonsu, assured the client that insurance only thrives on trust, He said: “You will agree with me that payment of claims is the best way for an insurance company to demonstrate it is worthy of the customer’s trust. That we paid more claims this year than last year shows our customers trust us more, and we are willing to bear more of the risk they would normally bear themselves. This lends credence to the widely-known fact we are not just a responsible insurer but are also responsive and committed to our policyholders’ well-being at all times”.
The MD of Mole Projects & Machinery Limited, Mr. Mesuna Deliman Osman, on receiving the cheque commended SUNU Assurances for the speed at which the claim was paid and the level of professionalism displayed.
