ADB takes 33rd annual general meeting virtual

The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) will on Wednesday August 12, 2020 hold its 33rd Annual General meeting through a virtual platform to be streamed live for its shareholders. This is in line with regulations as set out for listed companies on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) amidst the restrictions on public gathering due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The virtual AGM to be held at the Bank’s Head Office in Accra will consider and adopt the Financial Statement for the year ending 2019, ratifying the appointment of a new director, re-elect directors retiring on rotation, change the current name of the Bank from Agricultural Development Bank Limited to Agricultural Development Bank Public Limited Company and also determine remuneration for Directors of the Bank.

Shareholders will join the virtual meeting via a dedicated link and unique password. Making use of a chat room feature and vote button on the broadcast screen, shareholders will be able to participate successfully in the meeting.



A proxy form can be downloaded from www.agricbank.com/forms and may be filled and sent via email [email protected] or deposited at the Company’s Registrar, Central Securities Depository on 4th Floor, Cedi House, Liberia Road, Accra, or posted to the Registrar at PMB CT 465 Cantonment, Accra to arrive at any time during working not less than forty-eight hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.
