PolyTank has through its mother company -Mohinani Group – donated 10pieces of 10,000 litre polytank (water tanks) to the COVID-19 Fund in Accra on Friday.
The tanks were presented by the Mohinani team on behalf of management, noting that the donation is in aid to fighting against COVID 19 as well as to emphasize its key objectives of giving back to society and maintaining outstanding public education on hygiene.
The products were received by the Deputy Minister of Water & Sanitation, Patrick Yaw Boamah, and Michael Yaw Gyato on behalf of the ministry, who said they will go a long way to support efforts by government to contain the virus.
The Deputy Minister thanked the management of Mohinani Group for its benevolence and assured them of the effective use of the items.
During the lockdown, Polytank also provided sanitation stations and cash donations to government through the Association of Ghana Industries.
The company has remained consistent in championing the cause of proper sanitation, waste management and recycling.With increasing readiness to provide lasting solution for sanitation problems and championing a good cause in environment-related issues, PolyTank is encouraging all to practice proper handwashing as well as using PPEs.
