Ghana aims to bring inflation down to single digits in 2018 at around 8.9 percent, President Nana Akufo-Addo said on Tuesday.
Speaking at a conference in London, he added that economic growth is forecast at 8.3 percent in 2018.
“This would make it one of the fastest growing economies in the world,” he said.
Inflation in Ghana has been persistently in the double digits since October 2013. It was just over 10 percent in 2017.
