Managing Director of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Dr. John Kofi Mensah has said the bank will continue to develop products and services which will be beneficial to customers.
According to Dr. Kofi Mensah, the continous growth of the Bank could partly be attributed to the strong customer base which continues to grow daily.
Speaking during the Customer Service Week Celebration which is on the theme ‘Dream Team’, the Managing Director said the theme for this year’s celebration was an indication of the critical role customers play in ensuring excellent service delivery.
He disclosed that the bank has over the year’s depended largely on feedback from customers to improve on its service delivery.
In line with this, Dr. Kofi Mensah disclosed that the bank recently launched its new vision, mission and values aimed at encouraging staff to be more customer centric.
The Managing Director commended customers of the bank for their loyalty and patronage over the years and indicated that the Bank will continue to provide them with quality products and services. He revealed the bank was upgrading its digital platforms to make them more innovative and easy to use with additional services for convenience and also limit customers visiting the branches.
Head of Customer Care and Service Quality at ADB, Obaapa Yeboah Addo, thanked customers for their continuous patronage and confidence reposed in the bank. The week-long celebration included key management personnel attending to customers, customers being treated to local drinks and snacks, staff dressing as other professionals and in international outfits and sales activations at the various branches.
