The Volta River Authority (VRA), Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) and 24-Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development Secretariat (24H+) have commenced negotiations on a Master Concession Agreement to develop the Volta Economic Corridor.
