RTI Commission targets information disorder in September

Tullow Ghana Limited has lost its tax arbitration case against the Republic, after an international tribunal on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, dismissed the company’s claims and upheld the Ghana Revenue Authority’s US$393.09 million tax assessment in full.
