The COVID-19 pandemic did more than disrupt daily life; it reordered how people live, work and access essential services. One of the most striking transformations has been in delivery services (motorbike). What was once limited largely to sending parcels across cities or borders has evolved into a fast, on-demand system that delivers almost anything — food, groceries, documents and personal items — right to the doorstep and on time, with the use of a motorbike.
