
PURC resolves 97% of consumer complaints in Upper East

The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) resolved 3,401 out of the 3,514 consumer complaints it received in Upper East Region between 2022 and first quarter-2026, representing an impressive 97 percent resolution rate.
