The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) risks becoming a gatekeeper of Ghana’s publishing industry if its proposed enforcement of book-approval requirements extends beyond government-funded educational materials, former President of the Ghana Publishers Association (GPA), Elliot Agyare, has warned.
