Inflation, funding delays threaten GH¢33.3bn education budget - CSOs

Ahead of the 2026 Mid-Year Budget Review, the Campaign Against Privatisation and Commercialisation of Education (CAPCOE) has warned that persistent inflation and delays in releasing budgeted funds are undermining government’s GH¢33.3billion education allocation, calling for urgent reforms to protect spending on the sector.
