The Ghana Library Authority (GhLA) and the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation (AfYEF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on the development of the proposed John Dramani Mahama Presidential Library & Legacy Centre (JDM-PLLC).
