Last Friday, during my appearance on JoyFM TV, I reflected on a question that is becoming increasingly urgent for African leaders: we have spent considerable time discussing what artificial intelligence can do, but are our organisations actually ready to use it well? This matters because the global AI conversation is changing. The issue is no longer simply adoption. It is value.

The Missing Question

One of the most painful discoveries many land buyers in Ghana make is realizing that the land they originally purchased is no longer the same land they physically possess years later. In many cases, the dimensions reduce quietly, boundary pillars disappear mysteriously, neighboring structures begin crossing into the property, or fresh survey exercises suddenly reveal conflicting measurements.
