Editorial: Dedicated Marine Insurance Act required

Chief Executive Officer-Whitestone Shipbrokers Limited Gertrude Adwoa Ohene-Asienim has called for enactment of a dedicated Marine Insurance Act to replace the country’s heavy reliance on English marine insurance laws, arguing that locally-tailored legislation is needed.
