Editorial: Debt outlook improves but vulnerabilities remain

Following sustained improvements in the debt trajectory, macroeconomic stability and a clearer fiscal outlook, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has signalled that Ghana’s debt distress rating should be upgraded from ‘high’ to ‘moderate risk’.
