BoG urged to set minimum fraud controls for PSPs

GCB Bank has welcomed the inauguration of the Non-Interest Financial Advisory Council (NIFAC) by the Bank of Ghana, describing it as an important milestone in Ghana’s journey towards a more inclusive, innovative and diversified financial system.

The Bank of Ghana is using Artificial Intelligence and machine-learning tools to strengthen inflation and growth forecasts as it seeks to reduce the time it takes for policymakers to identify shifts in economic conditions and respond to emerging risks.
